The tree lady comes onto the Doctor a bit. Nothing is shown. Her interest in him is clearly sexual, though a small child would likely not pick up on that. And the Doctor never responds to her interest.
There isn’t much violence. The theme of the show is about the world ending. And Cassandra, the main character, is a flap of skin stretched out across four poles. This may be unsettling. It also may be a crummy way to treat the image of God.
